Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a store credit. Shipping and handling is not refundable and all sale items are final purchase. The company reserves the right to reject returns if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the customer is attempting to return worn items, return multiple items that were purchased with the intention of resale, or for any other exploitation of this return policy. If Free Shipping has been provided, there will be a restocking fee depending upon region.
To process a return, please email us and write your order number at the subject line.
HAR accepts returns for a refund on all items bought in our online store within 14 days after receiving your order, under the following conditions:
1. The returned item must be in the same condition in which it was delivered to you: unused, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with all tags and cards still attached and with all of the original packaging.Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.2. To avoid any additional charges at our local customs, clearly mark ‘returned goods’ on the parcel.
3. HAR will not be held responsible for packages that are detained at customs because of lacking or insufficient documentation. Incomplete returns will be refused and returned to the shipper.
4. Kindly note that the return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. The responsibility for the returned goods remains yours until it has reached us. Items lost or damaged in transit will not be refunded. Therefore we strongly advise you to insure your return shipment and use a reliable courier.
For international returns:
Please note, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our office for international returns, and will incur the shipping cost.
International Customs & DutiesAll international taxes, customs and import duties will be billed to the recipient by the courier when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. The amount will effortlessly apply at checkout.Returns that do not meet our return policy will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer.FAULTY ITEMSIt is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please advise us as soon as possible. We will arrange exchange or a refund to your choice.
